Ever wondered what happens when a nutrition consultant opens up a restaurant in Central Bristol? Well to say the least, brunching doesn’t just happen on cheat days anymore.
‘’Nutrition has always been a passion for me, as I have suffered from eating disorders when I was younger. Therefore it has always been important to share my passion for food and help other people build a healthier relationship with it, make them see eating as a positive thing and not as a punishment.’’
Jenna Freeman’s Foundation Café offers sweet and savoury guilt-free breakfast, brunch and lunch options to satisfy everyone’s liking with bacon and cake option included in the menu too.

Just because her masterpieces are created using healthy elements, it doesn't mean that they lack taste or that they will let you leave feeling unsatisfied.
I would highly recommend the cafe's protein waffles topped with greek yogurt ( extra protein !! ) and coconut chunks for those who wake up and crave something sweet. For those in love with the egg-classics, I would suggest the scrambled eggs and avocado toast which is (to say the least) simply delicious.
But do cameras still eat first when it comes to healthy brunch too? As a former owner of a ‘foodie’ Instagram account, Jenna knows exactly what to do to trigger those cameras to capture her plates. Therefore your plates won't only taste good but look good too. I dare you to resist #foodgramming !
The most photographed plate is the café’s signature protein waffles and their prettily done coffee.
The nutritionist has also hosted free seminars in her café in the past and has more scheduled for the future as she wants to make nutrition education accessible to all.
