Feeling good .

Feeling good ‘in your own skin’ therefore feeling good about yourself never was and will never be a matter of others’ opinion on your appearance.

We all have goals, or at least should do, but despite what they are related to, their achievement can only be accomplished if your ‘inside’ feels happy and positive for your choices.

Healthy on the inside:

With Christmas coming up, most of us will once again construct new new-year’s resolutions which in majority focus on health, menatl and physical. Allow me to state that being happy shouldn’t be on your 2019’s resolution list, it should be a daily task - actually the most important one.

* Make sure to read something new each day. Even if it’s only a paragraph a day, the results of educating yourself will truly make your soul happy. *

* Prepare your ootd from the night before- you have no idea how much a great outfit can affect your mood.

Healthy on the outside :

If your goal in life is being healthy on the outside, make sure to understand that this is not related to kgs, lbs or pounds. It is the result of making healthy choices on a daily basis, like achieving 10,000 steps per day, eating healthy or hitting the gym on a weekly basis.

* Always seek a specialist’s opinion - Eating Healthy does not at any point mean starving yourself, it means making responsible choices that will lead to a healthy body and a healhty mind. *

Even if you think that your daily health-realted choices will have no impact on the outside and no matter how hard you try no one notices the difference allow me to enlighten you on how wrong you are.

At the end of the day, whether they are visible in the eyes of others is not what’s important. It is you who has to feel proud and that on this particular day, you took care of yourself and achieved your goals.

Try by making daily lists, each night review them and congratulate yourself or embrace your mistakes, at no point should you make yourself feel bad about ‘giving in’. Acknowledge your weakness and try harder every upcoming day until it no longer has any power over you.

Lastly, even if you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom the knonw-to-all quote says that the only way now is upwards. Become your own Inspiration.
