If you feel like stress has taken the best of you at the momet ( or at every moment if you are one of those people) then this article is for you - and me , and anyone going through examinations .

I have to admit that on a daily basis I nearly never get stressed- but when exams come close then we are talking about a whole new person who skips meals ( which NEVER happens #foodaddict) , has miny panic attacks - but then I remember that I don’t even have time for that so I just get over it and get back to work- and finallly, cuts all human relationships until they are over.

Well you don’t need to be a professional to understand that this is unhealthy for any human being therefore, after trying some small yet truly successful tips I thought to (try to) help you out to.

1. SLEEP 💤 Prioritise your sleep as no matter how hard you try to remember information or construct any projects , when you lack sufficient hours of sleep your body and mind will not be able to accompany you in these processes.

2. EAT HEALTHY

During an already stressful period in your life the the last things you want to stress about is for bad skin or gaining unnecessary weight.

Also healthy foods have great benefits on your brain / memory and energy.

You can find lists of such foods including starchy carbs, iron-rich food and superfoods at the end of the article. ( the lists are conducted by professionals as I lack such knowledge and I would definitely not be able to advise anyone on health matters) Also meal preparations can prove to be the key to balancing limited time with healthy eating.

3. MAKE TIME FOR YOU

Take care of yourself - even if deadlines are pressing you down the neck make sure to simply find 5-10 minutes to do something relaxing.

It can truly be anything, from a face wash routine to a body scrub or even simply gazing into a wall if it helps you . Ps: I Personally use candy crush to “swipe the stress away” ( no judging here!!) Just simply give your mind some time off.

Also if ,like me , you use any sort of exercise to relax and de-stress then try working out for even at least thirty minutes or going for a walk and inhale ‘fresh’ air x

4.PLAN PLAN PLAN

Each December invest in agood diary ( January isn’t late either) . You wouldn’t believe the effectiveness and time management a good diary in a combination of good planning can prove to have. I always select diaries with inspirational quotes at the beginning of each month which get me motivated (and make great instastories).
